Balanced Teams
Our region attempts to balance each team as evenly as possible based on skill and experience. It's more fun when teams of equal ability play.
Everybody Plays
Our goal is for the kids to play! So, we require every player to play at least half of each game.
Positive Coaching
What makes a successful season and soccer experience is when each child is built up, not how many games your team wins. We train and encourage our coaches to offer positive teaching, not negative criticism.
Open Registration
Our programs are open to ALL kids between 5 and 18 years of age, who want to play soccer. Interest and enthusiasm are the only requirements.
Good Sportmanship
We want to create a positive, fun environment, not a "win-at-all-costs" attitude.
Player Development
We believe that all players should be able to develop their soccer skills and knowledge to the best of their abilities, both individually and as members of a team, in order to maximize their enjoyment of the game.
