Volunteers
AYSO is an all volunteer organization. We need your help to make each season the best experience possible for your child. We always need coaches, assistant coaches, referees, team parents, and field maintenance workers. We are also always looking for new members for our Board of Directors and our Regional Staff. We have volunteer jobs to fit any schedule – many jobs require only a few hours per season. We provide training for all jobs.
Volunteer Forms
Volunteers need to submit a volunteer application each year. The volunteer form can be completed most easily and securely by going online to www.eayso.org.
When you’ve entered all the requested information, print out two (2) copies of the volunteer application, sign and date each one, and turn them in at registration, to your team’s coach, or by mail to:

We need division coordinators for almost every division! We also are looking for volunteers to help us with the following as part of our Regional Staff:
- Assistant Secretary
- Assistant Safety Director
- Webmaster
- Picture Day coordinator
- Volunteer coordinator (to help us recruit volunteers, find volunteers for smaller jobs that are needed only from time to time, assist with coordinating the volunteer appreciation dinner)
- Sponsorships
- Assistant uniform coordinator (help to select, order and hand out uniforms)
- Data entry assistants ( help in entering data from registration and volunteer forms)
There are job descriptions available for most of these positions.
