Registration                    

Many of our Age Divisions are still accepting registrations by mail.  Some of our Age Divisions are now closed, but please contact us at registrar@ayso143.org for a spot on the waiting list.  We very likely will have additional openings before the season begins on September 11.

The following divisions are closed, but accepting players for the waiting list:

Boys:  U5B  U6B  U7B  U12B  U14B  U16B  U19B

Girls:  U5G  U7G  U14G  U16G  

The following divisions are open, and are accepting registration by mail:

Boys:  U8B  U10B

Girls:  U6G  U8G  U10G  U12G  U19G

How to register by mail:
 
1.  Go to www.eayso.org to register.

2.  Print three (3) copies of the registration form. Yes, we really need 3 copies.

3.  Sign each copy in any color ink other than black.

4.   If the player has not played in Region 143 before, we need a photo copy of the player’s birth certificate or passport.

5.   Send a check made out to AYSO Region 143 for the total amount calculated using the information provided below.

6.   Include a self-addressed and stamped envelope so we can mail you a receipt and your fundraiser cards.

7.   Mail everything to:

Registration Fee:       U5-U8: $130       U10-U19: $140

Mandatory Fundraiser: Each family must purchase two (2) Community Discount Cards at $10 each ($20 total per family).  You must include this with your registration or it will not be accepted.

Sibling Discounts: If you register more than one player from the same household at the same time, you can deduct the following amounts from your total registration fee:
          $10 for 2 players
          $15 for 3 players
          $20 for 4 players
          $25 for 5 players 
Military, Police Fire Discount: Please contact the REGISTRAR to determine your fee.
VIP PROGRAM
The AYSO VIP Program provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams.
Registration fee: $60


Fall Soccer registration is open to all children ages 4-19 regardless of
place of residence or where they go to school.


Must be 4 years old by July 31, 2010
