Sibling Discount-$10.00 off the registration fee for the 2nd sibling and $5 off the registration fee for each additional sibling.
Discounts will be given to families with active military parents. Please provide your information at check out.

VIP FEE: $50.00 ACCEPTED AT ALL REGISTRATION DATES

FUNDRAISER: Two Community Discount Cards ($10 each) per player - $20.00 due at the time of registration.

FIRST TIME REGISTERING FOR REGION 143?
All players who are new to Region 143:
• Must bring a birth certificate for age verification. (registration will not be accepted without the birth certificate)
• All new or returning players who are 8 years or older (U10 & above divisions), must come to registration to have skills evaluated. player must wear closed toe shoes for skill evaluation – athletic shoes or cleats preferred
 

**PLUS TRYOUTS**

All players must be registered in advance in order to try out for a Plus Team.

Late registrations will be held at 5PM on May 7th and May 8th before sign in. All players must attend both tryouts to be considered.

Dates:  U11/U12: May 7th and May 14th

U13/U14: May 8th and May 15th

Time: 5:30 pm Sign in 6:00 pm Try outs begin
