CANCELLATION/REFUND PROCEDURES:
- You must compete the Region 143 Cancellation Form AND send an email to [email protected] to initiate a drop/request a refund.
- Refunds are issued directly back to the credit/debit card used during registration*. OR you can request credit to your Region 143 account - the refund amount will stay on your account and will automatically be applied to your next registration order. It can ONLY be used in Region 143 and does not expire.
*In some cases, we are unable to credit back the card. In those cases, refunds will be issued by check or Zelle. Please allow two weeks for processing of all refunds.
