Special Fall 2020 Cancellation/Refund Information

Participants who were registered for the 2020 Fall Soccer program before September 1, 2020, and chose to no longer participate, may drop and receive a refund for the REGISTRATION FEE* paid, less any discounts and fee credit coupons redeemed. If a Spring 2020 fee credit coupon was used, you will receive your credit back in the form of a new fee credit coupon with the same expiration date of 6/30/2021).

*As a reminder, the $20 Player Membership fee is non-refundable, but will cover your player for any AYSO programs through the membership year ending July 31, 2021.

To initiate a drop/refund, please complete the Fall 2020 Cancellation Form

All drop/refund requests must be received by 11:59 pm on Friday September 25, 2020. Refunds will not be given after this date.

Cancellations & Refunds


Players who are not placed on a team will receive a refund (subject to conditions below):

No refunds will be given once games have been played (this includes camps & tournaments - except for medical reasons)

No refunds for products (balls or apparel - purchased or included with registration)

Refund requests made after practices have started are subject to a $50 deduction for uniform and administrative costs incurred by the Region

AYSO National Membership Fee cannot be refunded

In some cases, the refund may be credited directly to the card used to pay. In most cases, a check will be issued. Please allow two weeks for processing.
