REFUND POLICY & PROCEDURES
NON REFUNDABLE FEES:
- The $20 AYSO Player Membership Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
- Transaction fees charged by Sports Connect are NON-REFUNDABLE
REFUNDS:
- The REGISTRATION FEE (less any discounts or credits*) is fully refundable if the request is made following the procedures below, by July 31st (January 31st for the Spring season).
- Refunds for CANCELLATIONS/DROPS received (via the procedures below) between August 1st (February 1st for the Spring season) and the start of games, are subject to a $50 deduction for uniform and administrative costs incurred by the Region.
- NO REFUNDS will be given once games have started (this includes camps & tournaments - except for medical reasons as determined on a case-by-case basis).
- Players who are not placed on a team by the start of games will receive a refund.
- No refunds for products (balls or apparel - purchased or included with registration).
CANCELLATION/REFUND PROCEDURES:
- You must compete the Region 143 Cancellation Form AND send an email to [email protected] to initiate a drop/request a refund.
- Refunds are issued directly back to the credit/debit card used during registration in many cases. In some cases where that is not possible, refunds will be issued electronically or by a check. Please allow two weeks for processing.
