PRINTING MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
Player medical release forms must be printed and on-hand at all practices and games in case of an emergency.
Only Head Coaches have access thru their volunteer accounts to print the forms.

LINEUP CARDS
LINE UP CARDS MUST BE PRINTED FROM SPORTS CONNECT, not handwritten. When they're printed from Sports Connect, they're directly from the registration system so the referees know they're official.
If you follow these instructions, they will print out in jersey number order (which is how they're supposed to be). If for some reason you don't have all the jersey numbers, you may print the card without the number and handwrite the numbers. Jersey numbers are the only information that can be handwritten on a card.
- Go to TEAM PAGE
You can find your page by logging into your account and clicking on your team name next to your player's name (or you can go to "team central", "directory" and look it up by coach last name) - Click on EDIT ROSTER
- Add your players' numbers in the number field AND in the "ORDER" box; click UPDATE at the bottom to save.
(if you don't have your players' numbers yet, erase the numbers that may be in there; they stick from previous seasons) - Click on "PRINT TEAM LINE UP"
They will print 4 to a page. If you have cardstock, that is preferred (if not, no worries)
